Models 210 and 212 pulse transmitters are designed for use with turbine, rotary and diaphragm gas meters equipped with an instrument-mounting facility.
The products transmit uncorrected volume to a remote location.
Both the pulse transmitters from Mercury Instruments are self-contained and can be used in conjunction with a chart recorder or correcting device.
They use a magnetically operated reed switch, create a torque load on the meter of less than 0.5 inch ounces, and require standard mounting bolts and hardware to adapt to the meter.
Features
Model 210 Pulse Transmitter
Produces one pulse for each revolution of the meter output drive
Has an instrument drive output
Is bidirectional without internal gears and index
Model 212 Pulse Transmitter
Can provide single- or multiple-pulse outputs for each meter wriggler rotation
Comes with an uncorrected index in the housing
Can be mounted on both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotating instrument drive due to a reversing gear mechanism
